Kids Programs:
The Breakthrough Academy self defense curriculum is designed to be practical, ensuring that students of all strengths, sizes, and skills can learn to defend themselves effectively. Our program embraces learning using a positive reinforcement teaching strategy. All our students benefit from our daily messages about safety and character development. Breakthrough’s program will build their confidence by strengthening them both physically and mentally; this personal growth will make them more likely to stand up against bullying and other dangers.
The Lil’ Samurais (ages 4-7):
Lil Samurai enjoy a spirited 30-minute class, which starts with the message of the cycle where we use questions and volunteers to keep them active and engaged. Class curriculum is taught in multiple ways, using pads, partners, instructors, and games. Our program promotes confidence and personal responsibility, laying the groundwork for their future education in leadership.
