Martial arts is a healthy and exciting way to develop self-defense skills. It provides the means to build muscle and stamina, improve mobility, reflexes, and fitness as part of a supportive and enthusiastic community. Our program does not focus on only one aspect of self-defense. Our program is a blended system that teaches a variety of practical sparring and ground skills while instilling the qualities of a good leader.
Kids Classes

The self-defense training we teach our kids is a highly functional system they can use in any threatening situation. They are also instructed in character development and personal safety. With their increased strength and confidence, they will be more empowered to stand up against bullying or other dangers.
Teen & Adult Classes
Skill-building & Control
Our teen and adult students learn a range of martial arts skills for all areas of self-defense. This effective curriculum consists of sparring, grappling, fitness, and weaponry. We are open 6 days a week making it easy to work within any busy schedule. Additional classes offered include:
