Our Brazilian JiuJitsu (BJJ) class teaches kids basic grappling and Self-Defense in a fun, safe environment. Students build confidence and coordination through drills, games, and learning the key positions. This class emphasizes respect, teamwork, and discipline, helping kids grow on and off the mat.

WOMEN'S ONLY GI CLASSES (BEGINS SEPTEMBER 2026)
Women’s Only BJJ classes offer a supportive space to build key skills like taking down and controlling an opponent, reversing disadvantageous positions, and leverage-based submissions tailored for women. Gain powerful physical benefits including better cardio, core strength, and flexibility. BJJ is highly effective for Self-Defense, empowering women to control and submit larger opponents safely on the ground.

TEENS / ADULTS GI
Our Adult Gi Brazilian JiuJitsu classes focus on learning and sharpening technique while training in the traditional uniform (Gi). Students build strength, endurance, and strategy through drills and controlled sparring (rolling). The class maintains a supportive environment centered on respect, discipline, and growth.

TEENS / ADULTS NO GI
Our Adult No-Gi Brazilian Jiujitsu classes focus on fast-paced grappling techniques without the traditional uniform (Gi), emphasizing movement, control, and body mechanics. Students build conditioning and strategy through drills, takedowns, and live rolling. The class promotes a supportive environment based on respect, discipline, and continuous improvement.

COMPETITION TRAINING
Our Competition Training & MMA classes focus on high-intensity drills, strategy, and conditioning to prepare students for the pace and pressure of tournaments. Participants sharpen technique, practice situational rounds, and develop strong mental resilience. The class emphasizes discipline, teamwork, and having a committed mindset to help athletes perform at their best on competition day.
